The Dance Alliance’s Pat and Sven Peterson Scholarship Program is seeking applicants for its 2022 cycle. Funds will be awarded on the basis of the applicant’s past dance experience and potential to make a contribution in dance to the applicant’s local dance community or to the field of dance in general. Preference is given to those who are in the Capital District and those who have not recently received a scholarship from the Dance Alliance. Only Dance Alliance members are eligible to apply. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2022. All scholarship applicants will be notified of their status by May 9th. The recipient is required to submit a follow-up report of the summer’s dance experience no later than September 2, 2022.
