Three unique artists come together in collaboration to explore the communication of movement, music, rhythm, breathing with space and embodying sound with motion.
Featuring Rasputina, Laura Teeter, & Damon Honeycutt
12:00-1:30pm Workshop 1 will focus on dance partnering. We will establish trust, communication, creativity, and connection and explore physical moves that stack, hold, pour, root, and uplift our weight on each other in both static and moving forms.
1:45-3:15pm Workshop II is focused on the interplay of responsiveness both in dance and music. This workshop is a lab that builds on the communication between the dance and music mediums as the participants generate works and refine the choreographic process guided and facilitated by the guest artists.
