For more than 30 years, this multi-award winning choreographer has been creating innovative, inclusive and movement-based performance that is radically humanistic. A(Way) Out Of My Body explores where our minds and spirits travel when the weight of everyday life becomes an unbearable load to carry. It investigates the out-of-body experience as related to intergenerational trauma as well as the mental burden and physical impact of surviving personal adversity.
