The UAlbany Performing Arts Center and the University Art Museum (with the support of many sponsors including the Dance Alliance) are proud to welcome choreographers/visual artists Gerard & Kelly to the UAlbany campus in February. The duo works within an interdisciplinary framework to create project-based installations and performances. A series of events has been planned which include an exhibition, lecture, workshop, reception and performances.
In this performative lecture, the artists discuss recent projects and their engagement with legacies of feminism and queer theory in making time-based work.
