eba dance is offering a unique movement class created by Maude Baum designed to improve breathing, core strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and balance. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Online at 10:30am and 12:00 noon or in person at 12:00 noon. In person class location is Westminster Hall, 85 Chestnut Street, Albany (parking lot on site).
